Josh oversees Silver Hill’s residential bridge lending program.  He helps to ensure that Silver Hill provides superior service and a competitive financing product to our Clients while also delivering high quality loans to our investors.  Josh brings over 20 years of real estate finance, lending and investment banking experience to Silver Hill. Prior to launching Silver Hill’s Fix ‘n Flip lending program in 2022, Josh owned and operated a private lender in the San Francisco Bay Area where he originated and/or managed over $100 million of real estate loans, including bridge loans, Fix n’ Flip loans, subdivision construction loans and long-term rental loans.
