Gary Manfredi is the Senior Vice President – Head of Correspondent Lending. He is responsible for managing correspondent and HFA platforms, which includes relationships with over 500 lenders and 11 Housing Finance Agencies.

Gary has over 30 years of experience in residential lending focused on building and leading diverse business development teams for several significant market participants.

Prior to joining Bayview in 2014, he built and managed a correspondent platform for Sterne Agee, which was dedicated to providing residential lending liquidity to over 400 community banks nationwide. Previously, Gary was an Office at Fannie Mae leading Customer Management efforts covering 19 states in the Central U.S., including several of the nation’s largest lenders based in the Midwest.

Prior to joining Fannie Mae, Gary was a member of Morgan Stanley’s Residential Fixed Income team managing key relationships focused on their whole loan trading and warehouse lending business. Additionally, he led a national correspondent business development team for Chase Home Mortgage.
