Cristina M. Arroyo is the Senior Vice President, Head of Legal & Compliance at Silver Hill Capital, LLC. She joined Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC in 2015, which later became Community Loan Servicing, LLC in 2020. During her tenure, she led the legal department supporting both residential and commercial loan servicing and played a key role in the transition of the company into a commercial platform. Prior to joining Bayview, Cristina had over 10 years of legal experience in the originations, commercial banking, and loan servicing industries, bringing a strong foundation of regulatory knowledge and strategic counsel to her leadership roles.
